DECISION

Promulgating general education programs

This Decision shall take effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO.”

For primary and lower secondary schools, it replaces Decision No. 43/2001/QD-BGDDT of November 9, 2001, and Decision No. 03/2002/QD-BGDDT of January 24, 2002.

For upper secondary schools, this Decision shall apply to grade 10 as from the 2006-2007 school year, and grades 10 and 11 as from the 2007-2009 school year. As from the 2008-2009 school year, it shall apply to upper secondary schools and replace Decision No. 329/QD of March 31, 1990, and Decision No. 04/2002/QD-BGDDT of March 8, 2002.- (Summary)
