Senior Java Developer - IT ESS - TA192

Mục đích vị trí Phát triển hệ thống Quản lý Hạn mức Tín dụng Tập trung (Centralized Limit Management System) của ngân hàng — hệ thống đóng vai trò Single Source of Truth cho toàn bộ thông tin hạn mức tín dụng, phục vụ kiểm tra hạn mức realtime, đồng bộ dư nợ near real time từ nhiều hệ thống nguồn, và cung cấp API cho các hệ thống nghiệp vụ trong ngân hàng.

Vị trí tập trung vào 2 mảng chính:

• Limit API Service: Phát triển lớp API phục vụ khai báo, kiểm tra, cập nhật, tra cứu hạn mức — critical path cho mọi giao dịch tín dụng

• Near Real-Time (NRT) Data Integration: Xây dựng pipeline event-driven đồng bộ dữ liệu dư nợ từ nhiều hệ thống core banking với yêu cầu latency thấp

Ứng viên được kỳ vọng áp dụng phương pháp AI-Native SDLC xuyên suốt quy trình phát triển — từ thiết kế, code generation, testing đến documentation — nhằm tối ưu velocity và chất lượng delivery.

Yêu cầu ứng viên Trình độ học vấn

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành: Khoa học Máy tính, CNTT, Toán ứng dụng, hoặc tương đương

Kinh nghiệm

• Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Java backend development trong production systems

• Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm với high-throughput / low-latency systems

• Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm với event-driven architecture / message streaming (Kafka hoặc tương đương)

• Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Banking / Financial Services là lợi thế lớn

• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, Claude) trong workflow phát triển

Kiến thức chuyên môn

Bắt buộc — Java & Spring Ecosystem:

• Java 17+ (records, sealed classes, virtual threads, pattern matching)

• Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, Spring WebMVC, Spring Data JPA

• Microservice Architecture: service discovery, API gateway, distributed configuration

• Concurrency patterns: CompletableFuture, reactive streams, virtual threads

• Performance tuning: JVM profiling, GC tuning, connection pool optimization

• Build tool: Gradle Kotlin DSL, Maven

Bắt buộc — Data & Messaging:

• Apache Kafka: consumer groups, partitioning strategy, exactly-once semantics, consumer lag monitoring

• Redis: data structures, clustering, pub/sub, distributed locks (Redisson)

• PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexing strategy, partitioning, connection pooling (HikariCP)

• CDC concepts: Change Data Capture, schema evolution handling

Bắt buộc — High-Performance Patterns:

• Caching strategies: multi-level cache (Caffeine local + Redis distributed), cache invalidation patterns

• Rate limiting, circuit breaker, bulkhead patterns

• Distributed locking, idempotency patterns

• Read-optimized data modeling: denormalization, materialized views, CQRS

Bắt buộc — Testing & Quality:

• JUnit 5 + Mockito (unit testing)

• Testcontainers (integration testing với PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka)

• SonarQube code quality (static analysis, code coverage)

• OpenAPI contract-first development (API spec → code generation)

• Property-based testing concepts (jqwik hoặc tương đương — ưu tiên)

Bắt buộc — AI-Native Development:

• Thành thạo sử dụng AI coding assistants trong daily workflow

• Có khả năng viết effective prompts/specs cho AI tools

• Hiểu limitations của AI-generated code và best practices cho AI-assisted development

• Kinh nghiệm AI-assisted testing: test generation, property discovery, edge case identification

Ưu tiên:

• Kinh nghiệm với banking domain: credit limit management, exposure calculation, risk management

• Kinh nghiệm với Rule Engine (Drools hoặc tương đương)

Yêu cầu công việc Phát triển Limit API Service — 35%

• Phát triển RESTful API cho nghiệp vụ hạn mức: kiểm tra HM, khai báo/cập nhật HM, tra cứu HM, reservation (hold/confirm/cancel)

• Implement business logic kiểm tra hạn mức multi-step theo quy trình nghiệp vụ ngân hàng

• Xây dựng read-optimized data store phục vụ API kiểm tra hạn mức với yêu cầu low-latency

• Implement concurrency patterns: distributed locking, idempotency, race condition handling cho reservation

• Phát triển circuit breaker, fallback strategy, rate limiting

• Tối ưu hiệu năng API đáp ứng yêu cầu SLA nghiêm ngặt của hệ thống banking

Phát triển NRT Data Pipeline — 30%

• Implement event consumers nhận dữ liệu dư nợ từ nhiều hệ thống nguồn (core banking, card, trade finance)

• Xây dựng exposure aggregation logic: tổng hợp dư nợ cross-system per khách hàng với latency thấp (giây)

• Phát triển CDC pipeline monitoring: schema registry, lag detection, dead letter queue, replay mechanism

• Implement EOD reconciliation: đối soát dư nợ realtime vs batch snapshot

• Xử lý đồng bộ dữ liệu khách hàng, danh sách hạn chế, tỷ giá từ hệ thống upstream

• Thiết kế stale data handling và fallback khi hệ thống nguồn gián đoạn

AI-Native Development & Engineering Excellence — 20%

• Áp dụng AI-assisted coding trong daily workflow: code generation, refactoring, test generation

• Sử dụng AI cho spec-driven development: từ requirements → design → implementation

• Viết và maintain AI-readable documentation (specs, steering files) để tối ưu AI collaboration
