Vừa phỏng vấn vòng cuối tuần rồi, HR nói JF 10 này trực tiếp báo cáo lên CIO. Mức lương thực tế deal được khoảng 85-90M, bonus 2 tháng. Tech stack của VPBank đang dùng Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS. Nếu bạn nào có GCP/Azure cert cũng được welcome lắm.
Working at VPBank as Solution Architect đã 2 năm. Điểm tốt: được access vào hệ thống core banking thực sự, impact lớn, team tech strong. Điểm chưa tốt: legacy code vẫn nhiều, change process chậm. Nhưng overall recommend cho ai muốn build career trong banking tech.
Cảnh báo: JD viết bằng tiếng Anh, nhưng công việc thực tế phải làm việc với nhiều stakeholder không nói tiếng Anh lắm. Nếu bạn giỏi tiếng Anh nhưng yếu soft skills tiếng Việt thì hơi khó. Còn ngược lại thì OK.
Mình apply vào vị trí này nhưng trượt ở vòng technical. Họ hỏi rất sâu về distributed systems: consistency, availability trade-offs, và yêu cầu vẽ architecture diagram trên whiteboard. Gợi ý: ôn thật kỹ CAP theorem và design patterns.
Có ai biết JG 10 này thuộc grade nào trong hệ thống VPBank không? Mình nghe nói còn có JG 11, 12 nữa. Muốn so sánh với các ngân hàng khác xem JD này tương đương cấp nào.
Tech lead tại VPBank đây. Đã review resumes cho position này. Điều tụi mình search: (1) Có production experience với highly available systems không? (2) Đã từng make architectural decisions nào có business impact? (3) Leadership experience? Nhiều CV giỏi tech nhưng thiếu business acumen.
Cảnh báo nhẹ: interview process kéo dài. Mình mất 2 tháng từ apply đến offer. Có 4 vòng như mô tả. HR responsive nhưng phải schedule chờ bên nào rảnh trước. Cái này thì tùy may rủi.
