## Job Purpose

The job holder performs fund operations, treasury services for SnD units and ATM cashiers. upon request, functions and duties are specified.

## Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Strictly comply with the Bank's Labor Regulations.
2. Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, processes, internal guidelines… and service quality commitments (SLAs).
• Ensure absolute safety of cash, precious assets, valuables, and collateral preserved in the vault
• Manage and declare cash, precious assets, asset value, collateral accurately, timely and fully in accordance with regulations
• Perform cash collection and payment transactions and transfer money internally in accordance with TCB's regulations.
• Funding/transferring capital for SnD/ ATM/CRM business units.
• Perform accounting operations in accordance with Techcombank's regulations from time to time.
• Check and compare and make a cash report at the customer's unit or service point after the transaction time expires in accordance with regulations
• Tally, classify and bundle cash in accordance with regulations of the State Bank

## Key Accountabilities (2)

3. Check, monitor and handle errors of ATM/CRM system, detect and promptly report abnormal phenomena, signs of fraud with assigned machines.
4. Strictly complying with the principles and operating procedures for providing funds to the units, ATM/CRM in accordance with the regulations of TCB and the State Bank.
5. Ensure coordination with related parties in troubleshooting, installation of related equipment and software.
6. To report monthly on work results to the department director or controller.
7. Perform other related tasks at the request of the Division Director.

## Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Graduated from high school/college or higher majoring in economics, engineering (informatics, automation, electronic and telecommunications technology...);
Preference will be given to those with a university degree
Prefer 3+ years of experience in related field
Knowledge of TCB's system and working mechanism, especially in banking accounting, treasury, ATM/CRM, compliance control and operational risk is preferred.
Prioritize understanding of regulations/operating processes in the unit
Proficiency language: as bank's regulations
