Tại sao chủ đề Sản xuất & Công nghệ quan trọng?
TOEIC được thiết kế cho môi trường kinh doanh quốc tế, trong đó sản xuất (manufacturing) và công nghệ (technology) là hai lĩnh vực xuất hiện thường xuyên — đặc biệt trong Part 7 với các bài đọc về thông số sản phẩm, email đặt hàng, báo cáo lỗi, và thông báo bảo hành.

Câu hỏi thường gặp
TOEIC hay hỏi từ vựng sản xuất ở Part nào?
Chủ yếu Part 7 — bài đọc dạng email đặt hàng, thông báo thu hồi sản phẩm, báo cáo lỗi sản xuất, thông số kỹ thuật sản phẩm. Part 5 cũng hay hỏi word form của các từ như: manufacture → manufacturing → manufacturer, comply → compliance → compliant.
Có cần phân biệt supplier và vendor không?
Trong TOEIC, supplier và vendor thường dùng thay thế nhau — cả hai đều nghĩa "nhà cung cấp". Tuy nhiên, vendor thiên về "người bán" trực tiếp (vendor booth, street vendor), còn supplier thiên về "nhà cung ứng" nguyên liệu/linh kiện. Trong bài đọc TOEIC, cả hai đều chấp nhận.
Warranty và guarantee khác nhau thế nào?
Warranty là cam kết chính thức (thường bằng văn bản) của nhà sản xuất về việc sửa chữa/thay thế sản phẩm lỗi trong thời hạn nhất định. Guarantee rộng hơn — có thể là cam kết hoàn tiền (money-back guarantee) hoặc cam kết chất lượng chung. Trong TOEIC, warranty phổ biến hơn trong ngữ cảnh sản phẩm.
